Unlike most leadership training courses, my leadership coaching is NEVER a "one-size-fits-all" framework..
I don’t offer ready-made answers or tell you what to do. My role is to create the space and ask the questions that help you think more clearly and identify your own path forward.
I listen first, take time to understand your goals and context, and challenge assumptions when needed. Often that means asking one more question than expected, because the first answer isn’t always the most honest or useful one.
On the rare occasion I believe advice could be helpful, I’ll always ask your permission to provide this first.
Insights from discussion matter, but real change comes from the actions taken.
Alongside reflection, I’ll hold you to account on the commitments you make, check in on progress, and help you maintain momentum. This follow-through helps you to start achieving what actually matters to you as a leader.
In the sessions you can expect my full attention, honest reflection, and a confidential space to think out loud.
Coaching sessions take place via Zoom or Google Meet, and typically last between 60-90 minutes. I usually recommend around two weeks between sessions, allowing enough time to process the conversation and take action, while keeping up that all-important momentum.
During an initial discovery call we’ll explore what you’re navigating and I’ll suggest a structure, including number and length of sessions, that fits your goals and context.
All conversations are completely confidential, with clear boundaries discussed at the outset. If something falls outside my remit, I’ll always signpost appropriate support.
