When I discovered my passion for growing, developing and coaching people I knew this was an area where I could make a true impact on people's careers and lives.

 

With 10 years of people leadership experience under my belt, I am now an ILM certified coach working with individuals and organisations to build the confidence and capabilities of leaders.
